MEXICO CITY, Dec. 17 (Chinese media) -- Latin America's three major stock markets ended mixed on Wednesday.
Mexico City's IPC stock index rose 2.45 percent to 22,572.50 points. A total of 324 million shares were traded with a value of about 454 million U.S. dollars.
At the Buenos Aires stock market, the Merval index closed at 1,147.97 points, up 0.40 percent. The trade volume was 17.715 million dollars.
In Sao Paulo, Latin America's biggest bourse, the leading Bovespa index closed at 39,947 points, down 0.12 percent. The trade volume was 3.877 billion dollars.
