WARSAW, Dec. 23 (Chinese media) -- 2008 will be a very good year for the Polish economy as the country's GDP growth will exceed 5 percent, Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Waldemar Pawlak said on Tuesday.
It will be a very good year if to take into account all economic processes and their nature, Pawlak was quoted by Polish news agency PAP as saying.
He added that the growth of the GDP growth in the entire year is estimated at above 5 percent and of individual consumption at 5percent.
Outlays on fixed assets are expected to grow by 10 percent and sold production by 4.3 percent, Pawlak said, adding that "all these figures mean that 2008 should be described as a year of Poland's fast economic development."
