TOKYO, March 6 (Chinese media) -- The U.S. dollar went down to the lower-98 yen
level early Friday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar bought 98.13-18 yen, compared with 98.01-11 yen in
New York and 99.60-62 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
The euro was quoted at 1.2543-2548 dollars and 123.10-15 yen, against
1.2535-2545 dollars and 122.91-123.01 yen in New York and 1.2610-2612 dollars
and 125.60-64 yen in Tokyo late Thursday.
